Carpets need two kinds of cleaning. Encapsulation keeps them looking good between deep cleans, and deep cleaning resets them once or twice a year. We do both, and tell you which your carpet needs.

Regular upkeep: encapsulation

  • Very little water, so carpets often dry in about 30–60 minutes

Do I need encapsulation or deep cleaning?

Encapsulation suits regular maintenance of moderately soiled, high-traffic carpet. Deep cleaning suits very dirty carpet or carpet not cleaned for a long time. Most carpets need a deep clean once or twice a year, with encapsulation in between. Send us photos and we will advise.

How often should carpet be cleaned?

Vacuum daily. For offices and busy homes, encapsulation every 1 to 3 months keeps carpet looking good, and a deep clean once or twice a year resets it.

What is encapsulation carpet cleaning?

It is a low-moisture method. A cleaning polymer is worked into the carpet, traps the dirt and dries into crystals, and then we vacuum them away. The carpet is never soaked.

How long does a carpet take to dry?

After encapsulation cleaning, carpets are usually dry in about 30 to 60 minutes. After hot-water extraction, allow 2 to 6 hours. Keep fans or AC running to speed it up.

Can you remove old stains like tea, coffee and ink?

We treat most food, drink, pet and ink stains. Very old or dye-based stains may lighten rather than disappear, and we tell you this before we start.

Is the cleaning safe for children and pets?

Yes. We use low-residue, pH-balanced shampoo and rinse thoroughly so nothing sticky is left in the fibre.

Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?

Yes. We clean office carpets, chairs and sofas, and can work evenings or weekends so your team isn’t disturbed.
